Powder Coating is a process were a dry powder consisting of a solvent free dry mix of plastic resins, pigment and fillers are sprayed onto the surface of an item. 

The powder is electrostatically charged so that it holds to the item.  The item is then placed in an oven and heated which causes a chemical reaction so that the powder melts and fuses together to create a smooth and highly durable finish.

Our skilled painters can handle all wet spray requirements.  Our wet spray booths offer premium levels of quality for spray painting and no bake curing and can accommodate large applications.

We offer a range of high quality, cost effective wet spray finishes for many products from small plastic parts to large complex items.  

Powders are available in every colour, texture, and gloss - in metallics, clear coats, and hammer tones. There are veined powders, candy coloured powders and wrinkle finished powders.
